
Full throttle into the future: intelligent solutions for climate-neutral fuels
In order to limit global warming to 1.5 °C, the states that ratified the Paris Climate Agreement are committed to making climate-friendly changes to their economies, including the mobility sector. Previously, fossil fuels that produced large volumes of CO2 emissions were burned. Today, however, more sustainable solutions are in demand, with carbon-neutral, non-fossil fuels becoming increasingly important.
It's time to step up a gear – for the sake of our climate!
- Non-fossil fuel is mostly liquid fuel produced from biomass for use in combustion engines. Renewable raw materials such as rapeseed, sugar beet, wood, straw and residues from the food processing industry can be used as basis. The most important types of non-fossil fuels are biodiesel, bioethanol, biomethane and vegetable oil (rapeseed oil).
- Synthetic fuels or synfuels are produced from a mixture of isolated carbon dioxide and climate-neutral hydrogen. These fuels are currently in the development phase. However, they will play a major role in the future, especially in industries that are not easily electrified
- Pumps used in fermentation and transesterification processes operate under the toughest conditions. - The double-offset DANAIS butterfly valve can also easily handle high temperatures.
- The KE butterfly valves and the SISTO diaphragm valves are the right solutions for aggressive fluids or special requirements relating to emissions control.

Movitec
Bomba centrífuga vertical de alta presión, multicelular, diseño monobloc y cuerpo segmentado, con bridas de aspiración e impulsión de idénticos diámetros nominales en disposición in-line. Con KSB SuPremE, un motor síncrono de reluctancia sin imanes (excepto: los tamaños de motor de 0,55 kW / 0,75 kW de 1500 rpm están equipados con imanes permanentes) con clase de eficiencia IE4/IE5 según IEC TS 60034-30-2:2016, para su uso con sistema de regulación de velocidad de los modelos PumpDrive 2 o PumpDrive 2 Eco de KSB sin sensores de posición del rotor. Los puntos de fijación del motor son conformes a EN 50347. Las dimensiones de la superficie envolvente son conformes a DIN V 42673 (07-2011). Disponible en versión ATEX.
Multitec
