Country Manager: Sales Angola & Mozambique

Develop an grow KSB's business and market share within the defined countries. Develop and manage KSB's Sales and Service centres (branches) where required. Develop, manage and control KSB's dealer network effectively contributing to the success and continued growth of KSB's dealers and KSB Pumps and Valves (Pty) Ltd.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Service, Maintain and Grow our Customer Base in the countries Angola and Mozambique
  • Product Awareness and Marketing of KSB Products into the various market sectors with a special focus in Mining products for Mining customers 
  • Continuous training on products and applications to sales staff of Dealers 
  • Control, manage and grow the sales of KSB products (new products and aftermarket)
  • Grow KSB product sales and KSB market shares within appointed KSB Dealers
  • Manage and motivate all staff and maintain a high standard of support enabling employees to fulfil duties in order to meet deadlines and objectives and achieve best possible performance
  • Ensure that the required quality standards and customer delivery dates are met by optimal utilization of the resources available
  • Ensure that CRM is kept up to date at all times with accurate Customer information, Customer contacts, Construction objects, Project and Tender information
  • Liaison with P&A units and other KSB Departments to improve customer satisfaction and service levels
  • Liaison with P&A units on new, upcoming projects and key accounts
  • Prepare, produce and issue reports, documents, and briefing papers according to set deadlines
  • Adhere to Health and Safety legislation upholding KSB Pumps and Valves (Pty) Ltd Health and Safety Policy
  • Comply with and ensure KSB Policies and Procedures are adhered to
  • Update work instructions as and when required
  • Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time


  • Diploma in Sales Management or Technical Diploma (Mechanical)


  • Minimum 10 Years' experience in a Sales Environment, for Pumps and Valves, with Management responsibilities


  • Computer Literate Excel, Word, Outlook Universe; Portuguese speaking and Literate SAP Experience and the ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise
