We were honored to welcome our CFO Dr. Matthias Schmitz and Regional Executive Officer of the Region Asia South / Pacific Andre Richter to our manufacturing facility and integrated engineering operations in Cibitung end of last month, a visit that highlighted the strength of our local capabilities and our continued commitment to developing people, engineering expertise, manufacturing excellence, and local value creation closer to our customers.
Throughout the visit, our Managing Director, Teo Boon Teong, led the overall engagement and hosted our distinguished guests, sharing our local journey, capabilities, and the opportunities we are building for the future.
A key milestone was the official inauguration of our new Fabrication Facility including factory tour, led by our Operation and Integrated Engineering Director, Iwan Suparjan, representing an important step in strengthening our in-house capabilities through precision craftsmanship, greater production control, and faster responsiveness.
The inauguration was officially marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by our CFO Dr. Matthias Schmitz, Regional Executive Officer of the Region Asia South / Pacific, Andre Richter and our Operations Director, Iwan Suparjan, a symbolic moment bringing together global leadership, regional direction, and local operational excellence.
Our new Fabrication Facility marks a significant step forward in strengthening our in-house capabilities, combining precision craftsmanship, stronger production control, and greater responsiveness.
The inauguration was also an opportunity to celebrate the people behind the work through a special Craftsmanship Appreciation Program, recognizing the dedication, expertise, and commitment of our Operations and Service colleagues who often work behind the scenes, yet play an essential role in delivering excellence every day.
Because every great facility is built not only with technology and processes, but with the hands, skills, and dedication of our people.
The momentum continued into the evening with a Welcome Dinner for the Asia South Pacific Regional Strategic Meeting, bringing together Managing Directors from across the Asia South Pacific region, regional leaders, and our Global leader.
Led and hosted by our Finance Director, Arman Furqon, the evening session provided a meaningful opportunity for leaders to connect beyond the formal agenda, exchange perspectives, strengthen relationships, and align on the strategic priorities shaping the region.
Adding a touch of Indonesian warmth and culture, the evening was enlivened by a special Angklung performance, followed by music from the KSB Indonesia Home Band and our talented team, creating a memorable celebration of connection, culture, and togetherness.
With the presence of our Global leader, Regional Leadership, and KSB Indonesia team, the evening was a powerful reflection of how we connect global perspectives, regional priorities, and local strength to shape a stronger future together.
