Our materials laboratory

In our KSB materials laboratory accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, we test materials and components using the highest level of precision. From chemical analysis to mechanical-technological testing, every analysis and test is standardised, documented and reproducible. The offering is complemented by a comprehensive damage diagnosis.

Fluid analyses

Water analyses and solids characterisation (chemical composition, particle sizes, corrosion behaviour)
Viscosity measurements and flow behaviour assessment
Materials recommendations based on the fluid handled, pH, electrical conductivity, temperature and operating conditions
