Marcus Henderson - Director, SupremeServ Canada
Marcus Henderson is a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario and has been with KSB since 2016. He began his career focusing on the water market and later became Water Market Leader for Canada. He then served as National Operations Manager, supporting project delivery and quality management. In 2024, Marcus was promoted to Director of SupremeServ Canada, overseeing sales and operations of KSB’s parts and service business. He supports end-user success nationwide, leveraging KSB SupremeServ service centers in Edmonton, Mississauga, and Laval, and leads KSB Canada’s ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 programs to ensure excellence in quality and safety.
