Sarah Tinston - Human Resources Manager

Sarah Tinston joined KSB Canada in 2025 as Human Resources Manager, bringing extensive experience in people leadership, employee relations, and organizational development. Prior to moving into human resources, Sarah held management positions for more than 18 years, leading teams and developing talent in customer-focused operational environments. Over the past five years, she has built a strong HR career through progressively responsible roles in employee relations and human resources business partnering. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).

As Human Resources Manager, Sarah is responsible for leading KSB Canada's people strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. She works closely with managers and employees across the country to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports both individual growth and organizational success.

Sarah is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best. Through her collaborative approach and commitment to employee development, she plays an important role in helping KSB Canada attract, retain, and develop the talent needed to support the company's continued growth and long-term success.
