Amit Patel - Director Technical Sales Support

Amit Patel, P.Eng., joined KSB Canada in 2013 as a Project Specialist and has built his career with the organization through a series of progressively senior technical and customer-focused roles. Following his success supporting complex engineering projects, he was promoted to Senior Technical Sales Support in 2021, where he played a key role in strengthening KSB Canada's application engineering and technical sales capabilities. In 2026, Amit was appointed Director of Technical Support Services, reflecting his extensive technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to customer success.

As Director of Technical Support Services, Amit leads KSB Canada's Inside Sales team and is responsible for advancing the organization's technical support capabilities across pre-sales application engineering, system design, quotations, project support, and post-sales customer service. His team serves as a critical link between customers, sales, engineering, project management, and service operations, ensuring seamless support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Amit is focused on expanding the strong technical foundation of his team while fostering collaboration across departments to deliver innovative, reliable, and customer-focused solutions.
