Maintenance
Currently we are facing issues on some clients (computers) of users worldwide that Citrix applications can´t be started due to error message “Failed to connect to server because of an SSL error: 1000061.SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust “Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46”, the issuer of the server´s security certificate” anymore.
Reason:
A SSL Root Certificate which is required for using of our Citrix portal (portal-ext.ksb.com) is missing on client of affected users.

Solution:
Certificate “Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46” must be downloaded and installed manually via below URL / Download-Link:
