Mohammad Masud Akhtar
Managing Director & CEO
Mohammad Masud Akhtar has been a member of company’s Management Committee as Managing Director & CEO since 2006. He is an Electrical Engineer by profession and obtained his Master’s degree from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania USA, and B.Sc. from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. He has an extensive and diversified work experience in Sales & Marketing, Operations and Manufacturing areas. He has worked on senior management positions of renowned multinational companies and put them on course to profitability and growth. He is a member of Board of Governors of National Management Foundation (LUMS), and LEAD Pakistan. He is member of Board of Management NAVTTC (National Vocational and Technical Training Commission). He is Vice President of Pakistan Foundry Association and President of Punjab region of GPCCI (German Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry). He has served on Boards of Pakistan German Business Forum, Technology Up gradation & Skill Development Company and Lahore Stock Exchange. He has attended a number of executive training programs including value based leadership, management and strategy, leadership for environment and development, sales and marketing, and corporate management. He is a Certified Director of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Faisal Aman Khan
Company Secretary
Faisal Aman, a member of Management Committee and an experienced senior level administration professional holds the office of Company Secretary at KSB Pakistan. Mr. Khan being a law graduate by profession carries a professional experience of above 21 years in the areas of Industrial Relations, Administration & Corporate Management. Prior taking up charge at the current position, Faisal was Head of Administration & IR Department at KSB manufacturing site, Hasanabadal.

Syed Tariq Ali
Director Operations
Syed Tariq Ali has been a member of the Management Committee since 2012 and currently holds the office of Director Operations at works. He is a Mechanical Engineer and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with about 25 years of experience in the areas of Operations and Sales & Marketing.

Muhammad Imran Malik
Director Sales & Strategic Marketing
Muhammad Imran Malik, an engineer by profession and holding a Masters Degree in Business Administration, joined the Management Committee in 2013. Imran has a professional experience of more than 13 years in various national and multinational organizations in the areas of Sales, Strategic Marketing and Project Management.

Faryal Zafar
Head of Finance & Control
Ms. Zafar has joined management committee in 2020. She is Cost & Management Accountant by profession with 19 years’ of professional experience on different positions in Finance, Accounts and Controlling. She possesses a certification in directors’ education by Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Matraf Rasul
Head of Materials
Matraf Rasul became a member of Management Committee in 2011 and is currently serving as General Manager Materials. He holds a Master Degree in Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering with an MBA. Matraf has a professional experience of 22 years in the areas of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning and ERP System Implementations.

Muhammad Omar Seljouk
Head of Customer Service
M. Omar Seljouk joined the Management Committee as General Manager Customer Service in 2013. He is an Engineer by profession and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He has 21 years of experience with him in the areas of Customer Service and Project.

Muhammad Omer Siddiqui
Head of Product Management, Export Sales & Leading Application Center
Muhammad Omer Siddiqui become a member of Management Committee in 2016. He is Mechanical Engineer by Profession with a degree in Masters in Business Administration. Currently heading position of Head of Product management, exports sales & marketing and TSS Pakistan. He has an experience of over 14 years in Product Management & Development, Sales & Marketing, Projects & Application, Production and Quality Management.

Shahzad Saleem
Head of Human Resource & IT
Shahzad Saleem has been a member of the Management Committee as Head of Human Resource since 2012. A Business graduate by profession, he has more than 10 years of HR experience with renowned national and multinational companies in Pakistan and Middle East market.

Saeed Hussain
Head of Internal Audit
Saeed Hussain joined the Management Committee in 2013 as Head of Internal Audit. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Management Accountant by profession with around 17 years of work experience on different positions in the areas of Finance, Accounts & Internal Audit.

Shahzad Umer
Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE)
Shahzad Umer Heads the QHSE Department and has been the member of the Management Committee since 2010. He is an Engineer by profession having professional experience of 17 years. He has worked with a number of national & multinational organizations in various capacities of Quality Assurance, Quality Management and HSE Systems.
