Change on the KSB Supervisory Board
At its meeting on 10 and 11 September, the Supervisory Board of KSB AG elected Dr Thomas Seeberg as its new Chairman. He takes over from Klaus Kühborth who wishes to focus on strategic alignment issues and his responsibilities as the Managing Director of the majority shareholder Klein Pumpen GmbH.
Kühborth will remain a member of the Supervisory Board. Dr Seeberg, former Managing Director of OSRAM GmbH, will, together with the Boards of KSB AG, push on with the company’s structural development.
Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Günther Koch, member of the Board of Management of Pfalzwerke AG until 2011, was appointed member of the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Professor Dr Dieter-Heinz Hellmann who had in May 2015 joined the Supervisory Board at short notice to replace a member who had left earlier than planned. Prof. Hellmann will continue in his role as Chairman of the KSB Stiftung [KSB Foundation].
