Dr. rer. pol. Bernd Flohr, Geislingen

Retired (former Executive Board Member of WMF AG, Geislingen an der Steige)

Bernd Flohr was born in Kirchohsen in 1951.
After completing a degree in business management (Diplom-Kaufmann) and in sociology (Diplom-Soziologe) followed by a doctorate at Hamburg University, he started working for Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik AG in 1983. From 2000 to 2013 he was a member of the Executive Board of Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik AG and was responsible for the functional areas of Controlling/Finance, Personnel, Organisation/Information Processing, Procurement and Logistics. Until 2014, he was also a Board Member of the Südwestmetall employer association as well as a member and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Albwerk e.G. 

Bernd Flohr has been a member of the Supervisory Board of KSB since 21 March 2017 and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 22 March 2017.
