Corporate Governance in the sense of an efficient management and control fosters the sustainable development of corporations.

The transparency of organizational processes and business policy principles strengthens confidence in KSB and its products. Also the regular, comprehensive, consistent and timely disclosure of the economic situation and important events helps to enhance trust.

Standards of good and responsible business conduct and management

Published in 2002, the German Corporate Governance Code summarizes the basic legal framework for the management and supervision of German listed companies. It outlines generally accepted national and international standards of good and responsible business conduct and management. The Code is updated regularly.

The objective: transparency at KSB

The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of KSB Aktiengesellschaft support the principles of the German Corporate Governance Code and have adopted the recommendations laid down in the Code with very few exceptions. These are explained in the Statement of Compliance according to article 161 of the German Public Companies Act.
