过去的2016年中,凯士比阀业(常州)有限公司的业绩取得了较大的发展和成功,这须归功于全体同事的共同努力和付出。Workhard,playhard。2017年4月5日-4月7日,在风轻草绿的四月,在风景如画的天目湖畔,凯士比阀业人欢聚一堂,共襄盛宴。

During the past 2016, the business of KSB Changzhou Valves has been developed, and we would like to attribute the success to the strive and contribution of all staff. Work hard, play hard. In breezing April,on April 5th-7that scenic Tianmu lakeside, KSB Changzhou Valves people get together to celebrate the achievement.

 

 

不忘来路,不改初心。4月5日下午-4月6日上午,各部门负责人向全体与会人员汇报了2016年的工作完成情况和2017年的工作开展计划。总经理梁凯先生做了开场汇报。数据最诚实,对比2015年,2016年订单承接量同比增长44%,销售额增长12%,销售利润率增长到6.5%。他对公司2016年的发展和员工的辛勤付出表示充分肯定。6日下午分小组专题讨论。按能源、工业和水三个行业分三小组,围绕“我们的竞争力在哪里?从自身出发,如何增强优势强化弱势?”等问题进行了直面开放讨论,引发了大家的自我检视和思考。

He high appreciated company development and staff contribution in 2016.Data is the most honest.Compared with 2015, in 2016, order intake increased 44%, while sales value achieved 12% growth, ROS increased to 6.5%. In the afternoon of 6th, a workshop organized in three groups as Energy, Industry and Water &Waste Water to openly discuss &answer the questions of What is our competence? How to strength our strong point and develop the weakness? It sparked self-examination and reflection.

 

正式晚宴于4月6日举行。为鼓励在2016年中有突出表现的员工,在会议前一个月,由公司中高级经理共同提名候选人并投票,角出了最佳销售奖、锐意进取奖和最佳合作奖三个奖项。晚宴中,总经理梁凯先生揭晓了提名候选人,并分别为获奖者颁奖。上海办高级销售主管佟宝军先生摘得最佳销售奖,技术应用专家李斌先生和广州办销售工程师肖盛杨先生荣获锐意进取奖,应用工程师马彪先生荣获最佳合作奖。

Formally Banquet was held on April 6th.To encourage the employee who has outstanding performancein2016, one month before meeting, managers jointly nominate and vote for three awarding: Top Sales, Striving for Progress and Best Collaboration.On site,general manager Mr. Kevin Liang released the winners and gave award. Shanghaioffice senior sales executive Fox Tong won the best seller award, application Talent Cary Li & Guangzhou office sales Steven Xiao won striving for progress award and application engineer took the best collaboration award.

 

4月7日上午的团队拓展活动最令大家感动和难忘。“团结一心, 奋勇冲击,迸‘阀’激情, 所向披靡”是我们的口号。开场的“找相同”破冰项目让大家迅速找到了团队需合作的感觉。在激情的“奔跑吧兄弟”项目中,大家分成三小组,各小组通力合作完成一个个小目标。最精彩的是毕业墙项目,所有队员需徒手翻越一面4.2米无任何支撑的高墙。大家不惧困难二话不说搭起人墙,下托上拽,十分惊险,最终在36分钟内完成了挑战。团队力量成就了所有人,尤其是一些一开始是拒绝的同事也打破了心理障碍。

Theteambuilding event on April 7tha.m. was really unforgettable and touchable. The opening ice break project “find the same”made us found the feeling that a team need cooperation. In the exciting project “Running Man”,we were in three teams work together to completed the small targets and competed to other team. Thebest part is the project “graduate wall”. All the people should roll over a 4.2m high wall without any help. We pulled together to conquered the difficult to set up a wall. People on the ground lifted others and people on the top pull up, at last finished in 36 thrilling minutes. The team power made everyone a hero, especially for those who refused to try at beginning.
