KSB Eyas Spreading the Wings in the Blue Sky

“凯士比雏鹰计划”在2017年3月份拉开序幕,该项目为了更多的培养懂精益,会管理,适应未来需求的一线管理人员。从心、脑、手三个方面着手,逐步改变一线生产工人和基层管理人员的心态、思维方式以及管理技能以适应凯士比的快速发展和变革。
Started in March 2017, "KSB Eyas Program" aims to train more front-line managements who know how to achieve lean production, how to manage,and how to adapt to future requirements. From three aspects, i.e., heart, brain and hand, it will make a good change in mindset, thinking mode and managerial expertise of the front-line production workers and managements, so as to adapt to the fast development and evolution of KSB.

3月14-16日,雏鹰学员学习了第一阶段课程——角色认知和职责,明白了“做小事、育人才,育人才、做大事”,也了解到一线主管的需要提升的三大重要能力:影响力、控制力以及亲和力。
During March 14 - March 16,the students studied the first-stage course -- role cognition and responsibility,thus, they understood the principle of "Do small things to cultivate able people, and cultivate able people to do great things", and also realized the three major abilities for which the front-line managers should improve: influence, control and affinity.

5月18~20日,我们迎来了第二阶段的培训课程——精益工具和工作指导。精益工具培训是由凯士比培养的优秀内训师——林聪和顾军来提供,工作指导则是由资深的来自百仕瑞的顾问来提供。
During May 18 - May 20,we ushered in the second-stage training course  --  lean tools and work guidance. The course of lean tools was offered by the excellent internal trainers of KSB, Lin Cong and Gu Jun; the course of work guidance was offered by the senior advisor from Best Way.

《精益工具》 培训打破了传统的教学方式,选用学员高参与度的体验式学习方法。让学员在培训中更好的了解KSB TPM体系、SMED快速换模的工具要点以及标准工作的概念。
The training of "Lean Tools" broke the traditional form of teaching, and chose the experiential learning method characterized by high participation of the students, so that the students would better understand the KSB TPM system, key points of SMED tools and the concept of standardized work.

在《工作指导》课程中,百仕瑞的高志明老师就一线主管的定义、责任以及必备的五个条件,与各位学员展开热烈讨论,并针对生产现场的问题进行初步归类。随后的课程演练中,陆荣华老师运用实际案例指导学员组装泵阀等产品,使各位学员通过自问法找出作业中的主要步骤、要点以及要点的理由,并确保其内容具有决定成败,决定安全,易于操作的特性。
In the course "Work Guidance", Teacher Gao Zhiming from Best Way had a heated discussion with the students about the definition, responsibility and five prerequisites for the front-line managers, and classified the problems that might arise in production field. In the subsequent practice, Teacher Lu Ronghua used real cases to guide the students in assembly of pump, valves and other products, so that they could find out the major steps, key points and reasons in operation through self-questioning, to ensure a successful, safe and easy operation.

在第三天的培训课程中,高老师谈到了员工作业指导的其他三项准备工作:①训练预定表的制定,②准备需要的东西,③整理工作场所。学员们分成三组在三位讲师的带领下,针对自己提前准备好的案例进行四阶段法的模拟演练,进行工作指导能力的锻炼。
In the third-day training course, Teacher Gao also talked about the other three preparations for operation guidance to the workers:①developing the training schedule, ② preparation of the things needed, ③clearing up the workplace. The students were divided into three groups, and under the teachers' guidance, they proceeded the four-stage simulation exercise according to their pre-prepared cases to train their abilities in work guidance.

在满满干货的学习课程中,凯士比泵雏鹰学员体验到了如何通过科学的方法训练使班组长的作业指导形成标准,从而通过这种标准作业指导让员工标准作业。
In the learning course with rich contents, KSB Eyas program students experienced how to help first-line managements form a standard of work instruction through scientific methods, so as to ensure the standard operation of the workforce by use of this standardized work instructions.

三天的培训结束了,但是学习的步伐不会停止。在之后的工作中,生产部门的管理人员和精益部门的内部顾问将指导雏鹰学员在公司项目中提升能力。今天的他们,将是凯士比明天的星星之火!
The three-day training was over, but they will never stop learning. In the future work, the managements of the production sector and the internal advisors of the lean management department will continue to guide the Eyas Program students to improve their abilities through the program. In future, they will become the sparks of KSB!
