The employees who have the possibility to work from home, already do so. They can be reached by phone and e-mail. Our technical sales support is staffed as usual. Currently we cannot receive visits to our offices, but you are more than welcome to visit our webshop at all times.
All our service workshops and warehouses are staffed, but only receive pre-booked visits. Customers who must deliver or retrieve products must therefore make an appointment in advance and follow the guidelines set up. When our service engineers perform service at cusomer’s, they follow guidelines from the Swedish authorities as well as the requirements that are set by both KSB and the customer to ensure everyones health.
KSB Sverige AB continues to closely monitor the developments and is prepared to at short notice act in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish authorities.
