Cyber attack repelled - systems up and running again
KSB successfully repelled the cyber attack at the beginning of April. According to current knowledge, there was no leakage of customer data or technical know-how. All systems have been hardened - i.e. made even more secure - and restarted after careful testing. All locations are now operational again.
For customers worldwide, important information and also the web shop as well as the product and spare parts catalogue are available again.
There may still be minor temporary restrictions in communication at some sites, but KSB's experts are also working flat out to remedy this. From around mid-June, all internal and external systems should be working as usual again.
KSB has used the learnings from the cyber attack to further improve its already very high security standards.
