Reverse engineering for spare parts – precise, fast and flexible

KSB offers maximum flexibility in reproducing spare parts for pumps, valves and other components, including those from other manufacturers. Even when no drawings or CAD data are available, we can reconstruct old or damaged components using the latest 3D measurement technology and digital modelling.

We create optimised CAD models based on the analysed geometries and then transfer them directly into the casting production. This is how functionally identical or enhanced spare parts are manufactured – also for complex geometries and discontinued series.
