The KSB Group is a worldwide leader in the supply of pumps, valves and related systems. It is internationally known for the excellent quality of its products, for the company processes and services rendered to the customer, for the attention it pays in reducing waste and environmental protection and natural resources.

For several years, in the aforementioned viewpoint, it has acquired the entire ownership of REEL, an important Italian company operating in the field of converters and automation systems production.

The Mission of REEL

REEL operates in the design, production, assembly, marketing and assistance of energy converters, inverters, automation systems, command and control, and electric motors and accessories, based on a solid tradition of high technological level and attention to human relationships. Our success is achieved in the satisfaction of our customers, our employees and collaborators, the KSB Group and other interested parties, respecting the environment, the applicable requirements and compliance obligations.

The Integrated Management System Manual is based on the "European Foundation for Quality Management Model" (EFQM model). We use the concept of Total Quality to be applied to our products, processes and services offered.

The Integrated Management System 
It bases its principles on the following international standards:

  • Environmental Management (ISO 14001:2015)
  • Health and Safety Management (ISO 45001:2018)
