Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager ( SupremeServ Sales )

Summary of Job description

1. Responsible for independently achieving the SupremeServ branch budget
2. Ensure timely submission of offers to customers and convert the same to orders
3. Liaise with Customers / ASCs and maintain good relationship
4. Ensure regular visits to End users, OEMs and other customers for promotion of spares, service, retrofit, reverse engineering products
5. Collect Installed base data from entire area allocated and look for increasing business opportunities  
6. Ensure timely payment collection and receivables within 30 days
7. Facilitate warranty resolution with Customer by coordinating with ASC / HO warranty resolution / SupremeServ CM
8. Responsible for conducting market survey and business development activities for Direct spares business 
9. Ensure all the ISO processes, agreements and instructions are adhered with respect to C4C, SQ & Indenting
10. Coordinate with TSS on Pre and Post Order activities for market study, for SupremeServ products like Mech seal, ARC valves, Pump meter 
     

Qualification and experience

Diploma Or BE/B.Tech.– Mechanical with 4-8 years’ experience in similar job profile.
