Drinking Water Pumping Stations for Algeria

The KSB Group was commissioned by the national Algerian supplier of drinking water, “L’Algérienne des Eaux”, to equip four pumping stations with a total of 26 pumps and the corresponding hydraulic equipment.

New Pressure Boosting Units for Fire-Fighting Systems

In May 2009 KSB Aktiengesellschaft, Frankenthal, expanded its product range by two new, fully automatic package pressure boosting units for fire-fighting systems. Both the new Hya-Solo D FL single-pump unit and the Hya-Duo D FL dual-pump unit meet the criteria of the new DIN 14462 for fire-fighting water systems, valid since April 2009.

KSB steps up fire protection activities

KSB AG, the pump and valve manufacturer based in Frankenthal, Germany, will acquire Kagema Industrieausrüstungen GmbH at the beginning of June. Kagema, based in Pattensen near Hanover, is a leading supplier of diesel pump units for fire protection systems on the German market. They currently employ 70 people.

As every year, KSB Aktiengesellschaft is offering a wide variety of technical seminars. Under the title  'Energy Efficiency in Building Services Applications’ the pump manufacturer, based in Frankenthal, Germany, provides in-depth technical knowledge on the energy-efficient use of pumps and valves to consultants and contractors from the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning as well as plumbing sectors.
