Order Processing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
• Collaborate with factory to confirm product availability, lead times, and pricing for ordered products.
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule manufacturing or assembly, considering order specifications, production capacity, and lead times.
• Work closely with the quality control department to ensure that the products meet specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues related to their orders.
• Maintain accurate records of the orders, administration documents and customer communications.
• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the order processing and fulfilment process, working proactively to resolve them and minimize delays.

Qualification:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Material Science, chemicals), or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related functions.
• Having experience in project management or related functions.
• Mastery of Ms. excel, SAP, and Ms Project will be advantage.
• Well proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated target-oriented individual and team.
• A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization.
• Having knowledge of pumps and valves.
